Windmill Mini Storage

This 254-unit mini storage business utilizes unused land from an earlier development to provide a community-based small business.  Developed in 2004 as a partnership with three Moss brothers, the project was a collaboration between two architects in the family and a brother who serves as the daily management and operational leadership. 

The building was built with local contractors and sub-contractors. 

Today, it serves as one of a few local mini storage units providing this important resource to small local businesses, families and individuals.
