Talbot Commons Courtyard Aparments

This new apartment building will provide great new homes for people wanting to live in historic downtown Taylor.  It’s an amazing project built into the fabric of an great existing Taylor neighborhood.

This newly designed three-story project will have 17 apartments varying from studios to two-bedroom/two-bath apartments.   In addition to the apartments, a corner retail store will anchor the project at the corner of 7th and Talbot Streets.

The project has been designed and a full-set of architectural and engineering drawings have been completed.  Funding is in process.
