An opportunity to help create a gateway into historic downtown Taylor.  This is a great old home that really connects to the rich history of Taylor.

This early 1900’s historic wood-framed home was originally used as apartments for people who lived and worked on downtown Taylor and at the nearby John’s Community Hospital.  It’s now being envisioned as additional hotel rooms for the Talbot Commons Pocket Hotel.  The home was purchased in January 2024 and design work has started and funding is in process.
